Sourced from just 27 ancient Lianolia olive trees, the olives are hand-picked at their peak in November and pressed on the same day to preserve the extra virgin olive oil’s freshness and ensure the highest quality.  After pressing, the oil is stored in 20-litre tins for a month, allowing it to rest before being infused with the natural essence of white truffle, creating a delicate aroma that perfectly complements the bold, peppery taste of the Lianolia olives.

The final product, the Organic Extra Virgin White Truffle Oil, is then bottled in elegant ceramic containers that not only enhance its beauty but also protect it from sunlight, helping to preserve both its colour and flavour.
